A.S. Ferrari & Son, Inc. was established in 1971, the company has been owned and operated by Andrew S. Ferrari since that time. All State Electric, Inc. was established in 1973, the company has been owned and operated by Cathleen Lagomarsino since 1983. On May 1, 1996 All State Electric, Inc. and A.S. Ferrari & Son, Inc. ceased and formed A.S.F Electric, Inc. Andrew S. Ferrari is currently Chairman of the Board and Cathleen Lagomarsino is President.
